Who is Lacrosse Homes?
Lacrosse Homes was formally established in 1994 but we have more than 30 years of experience building quality homes. We are a family-owned and operated company. You can expect upfront and honest answers when you work with our company. We have a hands-on approach to running our business.
Where do we build?
Lacrosse Homes' communities are throughout Maryland, specifically in the Chesapeake Bay, Kent Island and Eastern Shore areas of Queen Anne's and Talbot Counties. We also offer communities in Delaware, specifically Kent County Delaware in Camden, Dover and Magnolia. These prime locations in Delaware are near major cities such as Wilmington, Dover and close to Delaware's renowned ocean beaches.
What types of Homes do we build?
We also offer “Spot Lot” locations which are often single or a handful of home sites in prime locations where we can build a home from our portfolio of offerings. Occasionally, a homeowner has a homesite and needs a builder, we can serve as your custom builder to create your dream home.
Each community features a different listing of floor plans available. We build town homes to single family homes ranging anywhere from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet. Does Lacrosse Homes offer help with mortgage financing or qualifying to buy a home?
With numerous lender options in the marketplace, it can be overwhelming to research where to go to determine how much home you qualify for and how best to finance your purchase. Lacrosse Homes has established relationships with a number of banks and mortgage brokers to help you attain the funds needed. I need a home quickly. How long will it take until I can settle on my new home?
In most communities we have a steady stream of homes under construction, which means we can generally offer a home available to settle in 30, 60 or 90 days. If you have more time, you can select your homesite and specific floor plan and customize this to suit your lifestyle needs.

Choosing a place to call “home” is no small decision. Educate yourself on the locations you're considering - research the school districts, parks/recreational opportunities, transportation options, restaurants, entertainment, cost of living, and time/distance to/from work.
Do I get to choose my homesite within my preferred community?
The homesite you select depends largely upon what is most important to you. Is having a large backyard important? Do you want a cul-de-sac where neighborhood children can play? Maybe being a stone's throw from community amenities in important? If you're purchasing a townhome, do you want extra windows? If so, you would want to consider an end condition home?
